made some chai tea. No matter how hard I try...I greatly dislike chai tea. Just thought I would give it another try. It worked for Earl Grey

I love chai, but I think I'm allergic to bergamot, which is the ingredient that gives Earl Grey its distinctive taste.

I like chai. I like the teas from Teavana. I have a mix of tropical rooibus and jasmine pearls now.

I just got some of that from my daughter who was cleaning out her kitchen before their year in Zurich. Haven't been brave enough to try it.

I love it. I have a little wire basket strainer I use at work. Love to watch the pearls unfold into complex leaves.
