Obviously people won't join a community if they have no interest.

2) Find the root cause of the conflict

3) Develop solutions for the root cause (interest/attention)

4) Predict and evaluation pre-results

5) select a solution and apply it to the environment

6) Analyze the results of the selected solution and hopefully things are smiley!
