I am worried about being able to connect with the students. That was always my strength in the classroom..personal relationships.

Yes, quite a bit. I'm not so much worried about doing a good job as I am not getting much personal or professional satisfaction from it.

The curriculum is all set. I just grade, manage students, tutor, encourage, etc.

Oh, good!! I hope I will too. I'm looking forward to it - just very different than what I know. Feel like I'm jumping off a cliff!

I believe FLVS has very good student interaction, frequent phone calls and support. That is what I heard from students.
