Oh yeah, I love me some meat! I'm all about meat, veggies, and fresh fruit. I eat mostly those things and moderate amounts of carbs.

Not entirely sure I buy it ... the life expectancy of a caveman was pretty dismal. But there's no arguing with how you feel!

I think different people have different dietary needs. Some people are better with high carb diets, others have better luck...
