picks up the phone after a moment, not bothering to check the ID. "Hello...?"

says, almost formally, "Lotte. I heard it was your birthday, so I called to wish you a happy birthday."

raises an eyebrow at the formality, but she smiles brightly. "Thank you...!" Really, she's surprised that Lan called.

"Erm..." She takes a breath. "It's been a while since I've seen you, hasn't it?"

nods, smile faltering. "Yes...I'm sorry." She picks at the hem of her shirt, closing her eyes.

quickly replies, "No, no, I'm sorry I haven't visited you."

frowns. "Well, I haven't come and visited you either...."

sighs. "Perhaps we should visit one another, then?"

nods after a moments hesitation. "Alright...That sounds like a good idea."

smiles a bit. "Well...I have...have missed seeing you." She admits.

smiles brightly, nodding. "I've missed you too..." She blushes, rubbing her cheeks.

pleased by this. "Then...when should we meet? And where?"

rubs her cheek. "I'm fine with meeting whenever...Do you want to come over tonight? I have some cakes and other sweets..."

quickly agrees, "Yes, I'll visit younow, if you'd like that."

smiles brightly. "I'd love to see you again...! The sooner the better, you know?"

laughs a little. "I know...right, I'll visit you now, then." She replies. "I'll be there as soon as I can get there."

chuckles a bit, rubbing her cheek. "I'll be here...!"

hangs up to quickly get ready, then hops on her bike and starts off for Lotte's.

tidies up the house a bit before she arrives, humming to herself.

out of breath by the time she arrives at her house. She knocks on the door, hoping she stops panting by the time Lotte answers.

answers after a moment, smiling brightly at her. "Ah, come in!" She steps aside, holding the door open.

leans the bike against the wall, then follows her in. "Thank you." She replies.

grins happily. "You're welcome!" She glances around, clasping her hands together. "Do you want anything to eat?"
