The Bush Tragedy by Jacob Weisberg, Breathing the Fire by Kimberly Dozier
and if I get to it, American Sphinx, The Character of Thomas Jefferson by Joseph Ellis
and are you a computer usin fool and that's how you got cts?
my book club is reading John Adams and apparently it doesn't paint such a glowing pic of TJ or Ben Franklin.
I am a computer using geek who worked 11 years chained to a computer, so yes, it is a work comp injury
and they get to pay for it all. I however had to endure the pain...
your correct, I have read that John Adams book and it doesn't paint Ben Franklin in any good light, and TJ comes off as a backstabber
did you by any chance try using a vertical or gaming mouse to see if it helped? My issue is 1/2 carpal and 1/2 ulna.
oh, I used xmany different things to slow the damage. It is just one of those things. You cannot use a computer 7 hours a day everyday
you hearing this GP and Chris?? GP you already complain about wrist pain
but i could buy myself some time? did you find one mouse preferable?
medium sized kensington bluetooth wireless. Best mouse I have used to date. Plus I have taught myself a LOT of keyboard shortcuts
to keep from grabbing that damn mouse all the time. That has helped the most.
control C for copy, control v for paste, control B for bold, control U for underline, those sorts of things instead of mousing it.
oh! I plan on doing my first book reviews at LibraryThing after I read these books. That should be interesting and fun to do.
ya know, i have never gotten use to those short cuts. time to get on it! thanks. and i look forward to your reviews.
Rabone, I am going to the tech store the next few days to try out different mice. thx. and will practice short cuts.
well Indy, I guess we will always have Indianapolis
Oh, glad I saw this thread. (Been rushing thru.) Rabone, take care of yourself and try to enjoy your mouse-free vacation!
