i get sleepy in the afternoons more oft than i used to... but i have an excuse right now. it's called pregnancy.

yep, sugar either just puts me to sleep or straight to being sick. but never sugar rushes.

Well Starplexus try changing what you eat, and maybe have a green tea in the afternoon. Try for a few days not to sleep in the afternoon.

If you have to sleep for the afternoon then set a alarm clock for 15mins.Then go out for a walk Plus try to eat something around 4:30 or 5pm
