that's not a bad idea. Updating the resume can a job in itself if you don't stay on top of things.

I also like to have different updated versions. Some focus on ESL and intercultural stuff. Others focus on training and training of trainers

i have a ridiculous number of resumes tailored to different types of jobs. that's what i get for not knowing what i do for a living.

I have the same problem. Plus I know I can do so many things. Just wish I was a better wordsmith with the ole' resume

well, that's why i keep on tailoring it. let's see, i've got...33 resumes in my resume folder. and 16 in my "old resumes" folder.
