that's not a bad idea. Updating the resume can a job in itself if you don't stay on top of things.

I also like to have different updated versions. Some focus on ESL and intercultural stuff. Others focus on training and training of trainers

i have a ridiculous number of resumes tailored to different types of jobs. that's what i get for not knowing what i do for a living.

orchid8 I have the same problem. Plus I know I can do so many things. Just wish I was a better wordsmith with the ole' resume

orchid8 you hit that one on the head. I'm pretty confused how to deal with my resume now because of that exact reason.

well, that's why i keep on tailoring it. let's see, i've got...33 resumes in my resume folder. and 16 in my "old resumes" folder.

of course some of those are nearly identical, but still...

i have several diff resumes, even within my own industry! now i have to come up with another for a job outside my industry...sort of
