I used Google's Blogspot -- it's free.

blogspot. at the time i set mine up free wordpress had rules about what you could and could not do. like advertise where you sell.

I'm trying to start a blog site for my office and when I tried to sign up i didn't want to put a birth date but

it was a required field. so i put in a bogus date and it kicked me off

Samilou: I was just looking at wordpress and it told me I had to find a Web Host. You don't have to do that with blogspot

the reason it is asking for a date is because it wants to know how old you are. there are laws about minors that require it

put the correct year the month/day do not matter if they are wrong

i have both of my forums set up so that if anyone under 13 tries to register they get locked out. It is because of the COPPA law

I think blogger is easier than wordpress, but neither is very difficult

I like wordpress a lot better than blogger, it's pretty
