I'm going to make a lens about them, hoping to get more donations for them. They try and assist where possible with vet bills and also help

low-income people with pet food.

That's basically our Friday mornings now, Danny volunteers there to hand out pet food and so of course I got roped in

where do they get the food, private donations? I want to start a pet food pantry at our shelter

Mostly private donations, though there are a few pet stores and feed stores in the area that help too

That would be a great thing to do Cindy! The donations are usually either in food, or in money in which case they just buy the food

So many people are dumping animals because they can't afford to feed them, it's so sad. A lot of them are just idiots, but some just lost

all their income or something and their circumstances changed.

I'm not sure how to tell if people really need it or not. I know there's been a few people in brand new cars that have come by and

said they couldn't afford to feed their pets, some people just try and take advantage of everything
