it's absolutely RIGHT ON. As an overweight woman who has yo-yoed all my life, I can say that it never helped me ONCE to be told I was fat!!!

I know it, and I have always done the best I could, regardless of whether I was successful or not. It's about trying to be healthy.

it's not about trying to be as hot as some soap opera star. Healthy food and exercise choices, NOT playground or workplace taunting, work.

so tell me I look fat in these jeans. I have a black belt in tae kwon do and we can find out where the fat ends and the muscle begins.
