grins, offering him a smoke.

*smiles gently and takes it* "You are no longer chibi, England-san."

shakes his head and chuckles. "Nope."

"I do hope you enjoyed staying with me while you were." * gently holds it out so he could lite it*

fiddles around for his lighter for awhile before lighting it. "From what I can remember, I did." he nodded.

"That is good...I could not allow France-san to hurt you in that state." * gently takes a drag*

sat down next to him. "I don't know if he would have hurt me, but I definitely wouldn't have liked to stay with him." he chuckled.

*looks down a bit* "I am not sure fully...his advance on me was forceful."

gave a slight laugh at that. "Bloody lucky he didn't rape you."

*shudders at this thought* " I do not understand why he did so. I thought he was with Canada-san."

snorted. "It's the *toad* we're talking about."

took out a cigarette for himself. "This is... France." he said again.

*sighs* "Still...why me?"

blinks and lights his cigarette with a sigh. "I don't think it matters who you are. France is France."

"Oh..." *feeling more disgusted by it* "I do not like it and I hope he does not attempt it again."

takes a drag of his cigarette, unsure what to say about that.

*sighs* "Are you happy you are normal again?"

"I suppose. I do like having my memories back."

"You did seem happy as a child though."

"I guess so..."

"Do you remember most of it?"

nods. "Yes."

*nods* "You spoke much of your fairies."

shifts a little. "They were really my only friends."

"I understand that now...gomensai...It seems lonely."

shrugs. "I got through it..." There wasn't exactly much they could do about it now.

"I am happy that I can be your friend now."

smiles, "Thank you... for that."

*smiles gently at him* "I am honored that you are mine too."

*takes another drag* "Have you been busy as of late?"

shakes his head. "Not really..." he murmured, exhaling a puff of smoke. "The usual. People thinking I'm crazy for magical creature rights."

"Magical creature rights? I do not understand."

sighs. "People that can't see them don't... Or think I'm crazy. But, the people who can see them sometimes like to hunt them."

"Oh that is horrible..."

sighs. "They don't deserve it... I can talk with them... I know how they feel..." he shook his head. "Unicorns themselves are--

almost extinct."

"Is there anything I can do to help?"

"It probably wouldn't be worth it. I haven't gotten much far myself. Most people don't see them, so it's just gotten out of hand."

"It is sad that people would hurt them."

takes another long drag of his cigarette. "It is. And it's annoying that people don't understand."

*takes another drag* "Hai...I have not seen them but I can understand how important they are to you."

shakes his head. "They don't like to show themselves to hardly anybody anymore."

"Because of their safety?"

"Yes..."

"Tell them gomensai for me that they cannot feel safe anymore."

"I will..."

"Arigato, England-san."

"You're welcome... I'm sure they'd appreciate it."

*takes another drag* "I wish I could see them."

. "You might be able to see a pixie. It depends."

"On what?"

. "They're essentially faeries." He didn't know how to explain. "But they're on their own."

"Oh you mentioned this while you were chibi, they left?"

nods. "The faeries have a queen. Usually the pixies are outcasts... or they just leave."

"That must be sad for the..um pixies."

"It depends... Sometimes they want to leave."

"Is it unenjoyable for the pixies to be with the fairies?"

"Usually. Pixies are faeries who have left."

"Oh..."*understanding now* "Gomensai but this is confusing some."

chuckles. "It is fine. You've never seen them."

*smiles and nods to him* "Hai...they do sound nice though."

hums, putting out the small bud that was left of his cigarette. "They've helped me in some very hard times."

*takes another drag of his* "Your childhood?"

nods. "That and some other things. I owe them a lot."

*nods* May inquire of what?"

lights himself another cigarette and shakes his head. "It is nothing of importance now..." Really, he's just slightly afraid of the

reactions.

"Oh..." * he didn't want to be rude and pry*

blinks at him. "If you really want to know I can tell you it's just..." he let out a sigh filled with smoke. "It's a personal matter to--

begin with."

"I would feel grateful that you'd be willing to share it with me but I do understand if you do not wish to."

fiddled with the cigarette in his mouth. "I'm... fairly certain they saved my life."

"They did?" *he looked surprised yet curious*

trained his eyes to the ground, taking another puff of his cigarette.

*looked at Arthur gently and touched his shoulder*

"I'm not quite certain if nations can die... but at the very least I came close to it." he sat up a little straighter, wincing in indecision

*nods quietly in understanding* "If it is too painful you do not need to tell me."

shook his head. "It was a long time ago and I should be able to tell someone..." he said, furrowing his eyebrow slightly.

*nods and patiently waits for him to compose the words he needed to*

"I took a knife and tried to kill myself."

*gasps a little* "Y...you did?"

"This wasn't recently mind you... but the faeries healed me." he chuckled slightly, humorously, and closed his eyes.

*looks down* "Go...gomensai that you felt that sad that you felt that was the only option..."

brought his knees up to his chest. "It won't happen again."

*nods softly* "It will not because you have those who care about you and you can turn to when you feel upset, hai?"

nods, letting his cigarette fall to the ground and burying his head in his knees. "And I promised."

*snuffs out his cigarette in the ground and gently puts his arm around Arthur to comfort him* "Who?"

shook his head, his body shuddering slightly. "The faeries."

"I understand." *unsure what more to do to comfort him*

shakily takes his hand in his. "Don't tell anyone."

*nods looking into his eyes sincerly* "You know you can trust me England-san. I will not tell others about this."

nods, looking away from him. "I'm sorry."

"For what, England-san?"

sighed. "For... troubling you." he supposed.

*shakes his gently placing his hand on top of Arthur's* "It is not a trouble to me. You should not feel is if you must keep things of

this nature from others. It is not healthy. You can share what you wish to with me, England-san."

nodded slightly. "You're the first person I've told." He wasn't planning on telling anyone when this had happened.

*nods feeling honored that Arthur felt he could do so with him* "Arigato...I will not betray your confidence in me with this."

"Thank you..."

*smiles gently at him* "It is what a true friend does."

sighs. "I should... probably be getting home." he murmured. "You're welcome to stay the night at my house if you want, Japan."

"Arigato. I will then if it not a trouble for you." * he did not want to leave Arthur alone like this*

shook his head. "It's no trouble." he said, standing up. If anything he was the one that caused trouble here.

*stands up next to him, gently looking at him* "Shall we go then?"

nods, leading him to the house. [Night <33]
