after jogging, or whatever, i do recommend icing your joints.

ok, i'll try icing it. it's not DOMS though, it started hurting while i was doing my squats

Woah! You might want to have that checked if it keeps on hurting. Sounds like a strained something... ACL? MCL?

i don't think it's a ligament... and it doesn't hurt all the time, only when my knee is fully flexed with resistance

although hamstrings are muscles on the posterior side of the thigh, I think it's your hamstrings that's killing you. :-(

nickformoso: baka strain lang talaga? :-) If it doesn't clear up in a couple of days (with ice and rest), you should have it checked!

it's not the joint that hurts. i think i just pulled the tendon - probably didn't warm up enough
