smiles and nods, taking another puff. "Well thanks fer that~ I really appreciate it."

weakly smiles. "She was cute..."

nods again, looking off somewhere else now. "...ja, she's a good girl."

thinking about saying something else in relevance to that, but holds back to avoid anything too tragically emotional. "...Would you mind

blinks and looks back at him, looking confused for a second. "Wha--? Oh..." *looks down at his pipe* "This? Hmm...ja sure I guess not."

shrugs, blinking at him.

shrugs. "If you rather not, that is fine."

snorts and shakes his head, making a "come here" motion. "Naah s'fine."

inches over. His memory of smoking the stuff was not very vivid, really.

pulls the pipe away and leans down, smiling and patting at his head. "Oi, ya okay Mat?"

nods, forcing himself to sit up. "Mhm," he mumbles.

wraps an arm around his shoulders, laughing. "Hah, don't do this much, do ya?"

weakly laughs, himself. His head rolls, "It's that obvious?"

pats his head, nodding. "Ja, just a bit~"

shifts against the other's weight, inching away a bit so he can rest with on his back. "Does that matter?"

shrugs a bit, rubbing his shoulder slightly now. "Mm not really. Yer just a bit of a light weight is all. Silly~"

puts a hand over his eyes. "I can see why you are always smoking it all of the time."

rubs more, taking another drag and keeping him close. "Hah, yeah. Ya like it, kiddo?"

rolls his eyes in response, lowering his hand to look over at him. "What do you think?" he asks, being somewhat sarcastic as he holds out

the same hand for the pipe.

laughs louder, nodding. "Ja ja, I see~" *snorts, handing him the pipe*

sits up, taking the pipe and taking it in again. It feels like forever before he exhales again, pipe being held lightly. "So *your* sister

approves of this?"

snorts, taking the pipe from him and taking his own long drag. "Mnaww. She's actually tried to take it away from me~" *shakes his head*

holds his head again, feeling even more light headed. He grimaces. "Well, I think she just cares is all."

sighs and nods again, rubbing more at his shoulders. "...ja, I suppose so."

peers up at the sky. "Hn...siblings."

chuckles weakly and nods. "Ja, I hear that."

turns to him, suddenly remember something. "I forgot to take you for the tulip bulbs you sent. You always make my tulip festival very nice~.

blinks, but smiles back now. "Ah, ja? Well your welcome. M'glad ya like my tulips~"

still not quite sure why he sends so many, especially since WWII was so long ago now. But he really does not care right now. He extends his

hand out for the pipe again, less sheepish than before.
