they told me that I can't pay anything until headquarters sends me a letter telling me how to pay and whatnot...

well its been almost 6 months and they still havent sent me anything. How am i supposed to pay them if i dont know

where or how i should do it? my lawyer said not to send it at the target here or at the headquarters main address because...

the probability of that going to the right place is well under 0%. Sooo my third court date is this tuesday, and we've been

trying to get DA Diversion, where i take a program, stay out of trouble for 6 months (easy), pay back target, and get the charge

dismissed. This would be an easy task to get this order if i was a full time student and i have made at least some kind of

payment to Target to show that i will pay them back... but I CANT, so the court's trying to get the DEJ order, in which is somewhat the

same thing, except i plead guilty BY MYSELF and the 6 month thing is a year (which is still easy, but still)... and if i do mess up

ill end up with 2 convictions. For DA diversion, if i mess up, ill just restart the charges, with no conviction

This is soooo ridiculous and sooo frustrating!!!
