orders a lovely beer called GuldenDraak and glances over at France. "What d'ya like?"

"I'll have one of those too." He'll never like beer over his liquors and wines, but it seems to fit the moment.

shrugs, ordering one for him and settling back into his seat, sighing.

looks around, observing the room and the people in it while he waits on his drink.

watches France a bit, before taking a long drag of his pipe and then leaning closer. "Hey. You talk to my sister, yeah?"

turns his attention to the man across from him. "Oui." Rather frequently, but he'll keep details to a minimum for now.

runs a hand through his hair, sighing. "Course you do...uh, does she. Ya know. Mention me at all?"

if this has anything to do with his wanting to get his mind off things. "Occasionally. Why?"

shrugs. "Just wondering." *glances away, wishing that beer would come soon* "Does she uh...say good things, or whatever?"

sighs, glancing down and strangely feeling a little worse as he he thought about today. "...I'm glad."
