actually, it's a lizard -- one got in where the weatherstripping broke on the front security door

and the brown one (she's 11 lbs -- the white one's 17) chased it around the family room until it finally took refuge in the speaker

poor thing -- I put the speaker outside for a couple of hours and it finally made its escape

awww, that was sweet.
