Robotic air forces capable of issuing their own kill orders. The chances of him considering it as just a video game are worrisome.
He already does. This will make no difference.
...you've never actually played video games with him, have you?
We play Halo over the internet. Trust me, I know.
Imagine, then, him with real weapons and the same detachment.
And yet you say there's no difference?
...trusting you is not always the best of ideas, at least when it comes to America.
What is that supposed to mean?
You aren't an unbiased source. Especially when what you say is contrary to what I would expect.
And what were you expecting?
His current military operations are like a squirrel crossing the Autobahn- running in without thinking, pause and look around, and if it
looks dangerous, run away just as quickly. With automated machines, he'd just keep trying until either he 'won' or got a 'game over.'
No matter the consequences.
Lets face it though, he's been doing that happily anyway.
I don't think this will change anything
When was the last time you surveyed the results of his weapons tests?
And the last time you've seen the results of a real operation in the field?
Then you should easily be able to tell the difference from when he's fully going at it and when he has to restrain himself for humanistic
The point is, he doesn't see any difference.
And I tell you that he does. Why else would he blithely contemplate giving these autonomous robots nuclear weapons?
