is reading over a London newspaper, frowning at another faux pas made by Gordon Brown. Hong Kong is lucky he doesn't have to deal with this.
is doodling away. Perhaps England was right but he had other things to worry about like the unclear future that had been set up for him.
in any case, that Hong Kong has a decent future, all in all. He's a relatively young country, and Arthur hopes he can learn from the -
mistakes of his predecessors. He certainly wouldn't want him to be the next Russia, for his well being, and the well being of the world.
very much doubts he can be the next Russia. Though he will admit that all of England's hopes makes him wish he could be the next Russia.
crosses out the pandas then crumples up the sheet of paper into a ball then tosses it aside.
supposes that maybe he pushes some of his former and current charges too hard, but he only wants the best for them, after all.
closes his newspaper, and wanders towards his bookshelf, grabbing an old velvety book, filled with Shakespearean works.
wishes England would understand that he is upset now. He bangs his head against his desk, maybe that would give England a clue.
remembers England isn't really here. He now feels stupid and upset.
would feel a wave of pity and regret if he were there. He really does mean well, he just...doesn't relay it properly.
thinks England should apologize to him and offer him something for making him feel this way.
wonders if his words really made such an impact on Hong Kong, but would offer him something just to remain cordial. Except he does not know-
what he should give to him.
always likes food. It was too bad anything England could possible cook would not be very appealing.
is now used to people disliking or criticizing his cooking. At least, he thinks to himself, it's not as bad as America's fast food.
wonders if he should send him something sentimental, like one of the pictures he has of the lad as a young boy. But, he didn't know if -
Hong Kong liked such things.
does not want to start feeling nostalgic but then again England himself would make him feel that way. There was no way to win here.
thinks England should go on tour and spend money at his place. That would make Hong Kong feel much better.
is always nostalgic around his former charges, he can't seem to help it, it's rather burdening, really. But in any case, he'd be fine with -
visiting Hong Kong...and spending money. Wisely, of course. Not like those silly American tourists.
likes the silly American tourists. They spend so much money and are very nice even if they are a bit forward about things.
admits the tourists are good for business, but can be very rude, and have terrible senses of direction. Rather amusing.
will admit that is true but he did rely on them quite a bit. Of course it helped not having certain expenses countries had.
does not like relying on anything American.
has no choice but to rely on others. He actually likes America, after all America was one of his biggest investors.
supposes that some good possibly comes from America, but he is not to be trusted. Then Arthur wonders if he is biased. He is.
wonders if Arthur only acts more kindly towards him because he wasn't as rebellious.
wonders that himself. Hong Kong certainly was a more pleasant child, and a more complacent one too. Except when it came to firecrackers.
rather liked his fireworks and did not understand why England never got use to it.
will buy fireworks before England comes around. They needed to bond like before.
will be wary when he comes to visit Hong Kong. Very wary.
will try to charm England into a sense of calm and then... he won't do anything.
will light the fireworks near England while he is sleeping.
will probably die from shock.
doubts it England has lived for a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very

... well you get the picture... long time.
probably would go into comatose then. For at least a few days. He really does not like firecrackers, as you can tell.
knows this quite well. He could never forget getting scolded for lighting them. In any case if England did go into a coma he would
take good care of him, really.
is happy at knowing that hong kong would take care of him, but is not too keen on going into comatose.
wonders why England would be happy. England definitely did not know him. He should not be happy.
is wary at the thought of not knowing hong kong. Why, was there something dark, or dangerous that he needed to be aware of?
shakes his head. "Not at all sir. If you did go into a coma though I plan to take over your place and make the Kingdom of China."
