depends on the frogs - meron talagang species of frogs/turtles that are bred for consumption.

take for instance - kangaroo meat.

sa dami nila sa australia (out of control breeding), kinakain na sila

in some regions, ostriches too.

did you know that some australian-based meat products have kangaroo meat?

much less, some PHILIPPINE MEAT PRODUCTS that import them?

my point is.. while australian kangaroos are being consumed due to overpopulation, the use of frogs and turtles as food, medicine..

and dissection subjects should already be lessened or even prohibited because stats have shown that their population is already

turtle soup is suppose to be very good when you eat it in cold places like alaska and canada. :x

the frogs for consumption at restos are not to be mixed with the ones in the wild, nic.

same goes for the turtles.

same process as one raises pigs/cattle/poultry for human consumption.

its a different case for animals consumed from the wild though, kaya nga doon ako against rin.
