how hard is it to install a router. I followed all the instructions, did all the troubleshooting, called Davao and internet is still down

hindi nga eh. gumagana naman yung modem, yung router/wireless internet lang ang hindi

baka naman di nakaon yung sa internet mo. try mong patayin yung modem. tapos alisin yung connection sa internet. wait for 30 sec. lagay

mo ulit yung sa router tapos sidihan mo yung modem. that should work na nun.

check mo yung laptop mo. minsan kasi natatamaan yun yung para sa wireless.

nako ginawa ko na lahat ng uan bago ko tinawagan yung customer service pero wala pa rin. Naayos ko na though, nireset lang nila yung modem 
