now up to 20 miles in one stint - Hurts like hell but marathon here we come.

Three miles is still great - Its amazing how quick you can get relatively fit from nothing if you psuh it - I only started running in Jan. x
push it even** I do one long run each week increasing by one or two miles each time, then two or three 3-6 miles runs during the week.
