u can see each oher post when u are friend in plurk, but fans only can follow the plurk,I'm not sure fans can comment or not

fans can see your plurk and command. but when fans plurk, you can't see it in your plurk

friends and you can see and command post each other.

you can see your friends' post in your plurk. your friends also can see your post in their plurk
