That seems to be a pretty good example of a mini cooper, but not sure why the fuss. People think of them as being old, but they were...
...actually made up until 1999-2000. The new MINIs started being made by BMW a few years later
They can be suprisingly sporty though.
I'm not enough of an expert to try to determine the age of that one.
