Goal setting meeting hr ini, which in my opinion is a total waste of time, because:

1. Dept gw ngga presenting hr ini, tp tetep hrs dtg

2. Spend full day dengerin presentasi dept laen yg sama sekali ga ada hub sama kerjaan gw

3. Goal setiap org di-set oleh our director, dan akan selalu berubah setiap waktu anyway. So no point in setting goals.
