on the mobile site the Plurk! button is directly after the text box, hard to miss

there is no plurk button on replies. Just u

you can click on the number of replies to open it in a seperate page then type your response and press "Plurk"

New plurks. The iPhone has a full browser so it's a shame to use the mobile site. Oh well!

No beta apps just the built in browser.
