he passed away of a heart attack while clearing his yard of debris from Ike, he was late 60's. He had been a prof for 42 years.

Oh, that's sad, but maybe a nice way to go, not knowing about it , and hopefully somewhat painless

so, He was a good man and a great professor.

then he achieved some good things in life

agrees, I believe he was satisfied with all that he had accomplished.
