oh yikes - we ran through MASSIVE issues with our Blackboard system - they ended up disabling the chat function, added load balancers(?)

and recommended that we resort to email...egad...and drop boxes like before.....it's too bad because BLS would be a good tool if it was

given a chance

our college also limited uploads to 20MB but my coursepack was 120MB so no love there - that's what happens when an administrator manages

8GB USB stick is less than $20 and they worry about excess storage requirements
