what is up with the work situation?

very poor management. I actually love what I sell, home health care, and love all the clinicians in our office. My manager is clueless.

We have great patient care, I just wish management could get it together.

that seems to be the problem at a lot of places. it is, unfortunately, difficult to find good managers!
