so freaked out by the fog.
Iceland
has
fog all the time at his place and is pretty much used to it.
isn't used to it at all and is convinced it's going to eat her.
Iceland
thinks
she's being silly. Fog is just a cloud.. On land.
Suzette
thinks
clouds should just. Stay in the sky ;;
enjoys walking through fog though. Even though he bumps into things now and then, not that she needs to know that. >>;;

it won't be that bad if he holds her hand.
takes her hand and holds them tightly. "Where are you heading to, anyways?"
squeezes his hand, moving closer to him, still a little freaked out. "To pick up something to eat, I'm starving. But then it was all foggy
and creepy outside!"
chuckles and pats her head with his free hand. "But it's okay now, right?" He looks around. "Um.. I don't know where to go.."
nods, clinging to his arm. "I...don't know either, I can't see anything!"
pats her hand. "Where did you plan to eat then? We can get out of the fog once we have a place to go to."
hums quietly, trying to keep herself from freaking out. "A cafe. It should have been just across the street but then I got lost."
nods. "Okay, I might know where it is.. Hopefully." He starts walking towards a direction he thinks the cafe is located.
"Hopefully?" she bites her lip, trying to hide how freaked out by this she is. The fog zombies are going to get them! "Let's just go back."
stops and nods. "Yeah, I think that'd be better." He thinks she's just being silly for freaking out so much.
is being silly, but is too freaked out to admit it, as she tugs him back in the direction she came from.
follows her, nearly crashing into a lamp pole.
yelps, before she realizes what it is. "Oh. That was close."
nods and a little shaken. "Yeah.. Maybe we should walk slower."
doesn't want to walk slower, but nods and slows down. She tightens her grip on his arm. "You're used to this stuff?"
looks straight ahead to make sure they don't bump into anything else. "I have it most of the time, back at my place."
frowns, making sure they're going in the right direction. "It's dark. I don't think I like it very much."
hums. "They should have turned the lamps on. But these don't last too long. It'll go away soon."
nods, managing to lead them back to Francis' house, where she's still staying. "Want to come in? He's not home, he won't mind!"
Iceland
is
a little nervous. "Okay.. If you're sure he won't mind."
"He won't mind!" she chimes, though she's not positive, she can deal with it if he gets mad. She fumbles with the key and the door.
shuffles his feet. "Okay then." He feels awkward entering someone whom he's not too familiar with, house.
complains under her breath about Europeans and their locked doors, before managing to get it open.
chuckles a little.
steps inside, gesturing for him to follow. "I don't really like staying here all alone." she admits, pouting a little.
walks in and chuckles. "Why not?"
shrugs. "It's big. And cold. And weird."
raises an eyebrow. "..Weird?"
"Weird!!"
raises his hands. "O-okay, I can stay here with you until he comes back? Or until the fog is gone?"
"You wouldn't mind staying with me?"
shakes his head. "Of course I won't"
smiles brightly. "I'd like it if you stayed with me for a while!"
nods and smiles back at her. "Okay." He looks around the house. "Wow, it really is big.."
"It is! Especially compared to my place. Hey, wanna see my room~?"
"Sure. I bet it's decorated with fish wallpaper." He smiles.
pouts, starting to lead him there. "I-it might be! Don't laugh, It's from when I was a kid!"
pats her head. "That's cute. I had puffin wallpaper, but that's in Nor's house.." >>;;
giggles softly. "Awww~ That sounds cute too!" She opens the door to her room just a bit, peeking inside to make sure IRS clean first.
frowns. "Not when they think I have a puffin kink or something like that.. Which I don't!" He quickly adds.
stops and turns to look at him. "...I didn't think you did. ...Do you?"
blushes, embarrassed. "I don't! They made it up, I swear!"
"Okay! If you did, you would tell me, right?"
"Of course. I wouldn't hide anything from you. Especially if it was some thing as weird as that.."
giggles. "I don't know, maybe you'd want to hide the weird stuff from me~" she teases, before opening the door to her room.
frowns and takes a step into her room. "I can tell you all about my life if you want." He takes a look around. "Your room is so.. You."
giggles. "I haven't really changed much, I guess." Then she looks up at him. "I do want to hear about your life! Every bit!"
walks in and takes a seat on the floor. "Sure, but it's not really interesting though."
flops down next to him, staring wide eyed. "I bet it's really interesting."
smiles. "I don't know.. Well, how to start.. I lived alone (with the puffins) for quite a long time before Norge and his people came and
_settled there. I used to call him "Onii-chan' too, because he told me to.." >>;;
giggles and rests her head on his shoulder, thinking about how cute he was. "Did you like calling him that?"
blushes. "Not now.. But I only knew him through that, so it was the only thing I called him, back then. He didn't usually stay long and
_frequently went back to his home. I remember I used to stare out the window, waiting for him to come back. And before I knew it, he took me

nods, taking in his story and forgetting about the fog outside. "Were you happy when he took you?"
looks up at the ceiling, trying to recall the feeling. "Yeah, I was really happy. It meant that I don't have to be by myself anymore. It

nods. "Okay. Well, about that union. It was called Kalmar and the bunch of us were together, living in Den's place. It was like we were one

hums softly, playing with his hair while he talked. "So, is it strange to be living together with your brothers again?"
looks at her and smiles. "It is. But I guess you can say I'm used to it as well. What about you, living with your dad again?"
sighs. "It's... really weird. I like Paris, but only in moderation. I wish Mattie would come back so I could go home without worrying."
frowns. "Well, Matthew was hosting the Olympics earlier, maybe he's cleaning up? Or resting."
sighs. "Yeah. He's just busy. I get that." She sighs, and her tone suggests otherwise, as she traces circles on her knee absent mindedly.
watches her. "What's the matter..?"
shrugs, then smiles at him. "Nothing. I'm happy right now."
smiles a little and puts an arm around her waist. "Okay, if you say so. Want me to continue my story then?"
nods, leaning against him. "Yes please~"
stares at the walls. "Okay. After a while, Svi came back and took Norge away.. But the worst of it was when Laki erupted. I couldn't even
_move during that time. And the volcanic ash in the atmosphere covered most of Europe. Which was pretty neat, I guess."
stares at him. "W-wait, really? It was that big?"
nods. "Yeah, it was pretty bad. A lot of countries got sick because of that. But you don't have to worry so much about it now."
"Why? Is it not going to happen again?"
smiles a bit, "Well not anytime soon. And these kind of eruptions occur very rarely." He adds to reassure her.
nods, still a little worried about him.
Iceland
will
be fine. Eruptions happen all the time at his place, so he's used to it.
smiles, and kisses him on the cheek. "Good."
blushes. "Yeah.. Shall I continue?"
nods. "Yeah, go on!"
hums in thought. "Lets see.. After Laki, things got rough and I was still stuck at Den's place. But I eventually got my independence, sorta_
_Den stilled handled most of the trades and stuff. But it was better than nothing, right? Then the war came and all that stuff.."
nods. "Which war?"
frowns. "The 2nd world war.. I was supposed to be neutral, but the Allies occupied my place during that time. That's when I learnt about
_England's deadly cooking." >>;;
snickers. "Yeah, it's pretty bad, isn't it?"
shivers. "It was.. And Alfred took over after a year. His cooking was pretty much on par with England's."
"Really? I thought it was better."
tries to recall it. "I guess so.. It was edible at least. But it's definitely greasier."
hums in agreement. "And then what?"
"Then the war was over and I got my independence. There was the Cod war after. It was about fishing territories with UK and I won that."
nods, remembering talking about that before.
"Then there was the economic bubble and here I am now." He smiles at her.
smiles. "See, that wasn't boring! You've had a pretty exciting life!"
chuckles. "I guess, but it's not as interesting as Norge or the other's history.. Hm.. Now I'm curious about your life."
wrinkles her nose. "Do you really want to know?"
nods. "If you don't mind telling, that is."
"Of course I don't mind! It's just... hmm. Where do I start?"
shrugs, he doesn't know too much about her history.
"Well. Waaaay back, I didn't have any people. Or animals. Or anything. Just lots and lots of trees. And birds. And it was just me and my_
grandpa on the islands. He raised me for a while, until Francis showed up to claim me." she twirls her hair around her finger
Iceland

it sounds a lot like him, without the trees and the grandpa. "Oh, it's great to have someone watch over you. Then what happened?" *curious*
"Well, Francis would come and go, and once he brought me back here with him. And." she smiles brightly. "I was a bad kid and terrorized_
everyone. But I was pretty happy. Until Francis lost me as the result of war, and England claimed me as his own. He was so bossy and_
annoying, and had so many rules. I hated him so much." She sighs as she remembers.
can so see her as a bad kid. "I don't get why England needed all those rules anyways. How did you deal with his cooking?"
scoffs. "I wouldn't eat it, no matter what he said!"
laughs. "So, then what happened?"
"Then England changed the spelling of my name. To make it more English. And he spent the next hundred years trying to make me the perfect_
colony, and after a while, I quit being so stuborn. And a little while later, I gained independance, and could see Francis again. But things
went a little downhill from there."
frowns. "It went downhill after you got independence?"
hums softly, nodding. "Things were good for a few years, though. And now things are great again. So don't worry."
hugs her. "That's good.Your life was pretty neat too."
giggles, hugging him back. "Thank you~"
smiles. "Oh yeah, I still haven't tried your homemade juices."
hums softly. "Are you sure you want to try them? They taste weird."
nods. "Yeah. I bet they aren't weird."
lets go of him and stands up. "Okay, wait here a second, I've got some in the kitchen."
looks up at her. "Okay."
returns with a cup of juice, and hands it to him, looking eager. "Don't smell it, just drink it. It smells weird."
takes the cup and looks at the liquid. "Um.. Okay?" He holds his breath and drinks it.
watches him carefully. "Do you like it? I can get you some water if you don't."
swallows it. "Ah.. No.. It's very unique.." Really doesn't know how to describe it.
laughs. "I know, that's why I said it was weird!"
puts the cup down. "It's not weird.. Just different. It's not bad either."
smiles, sitting down next to him. "Oh, well, I'm glad you didn't think it was bad!"
smiles a little at her. "... M-my stomach feels funny.."
