what's the yellow stuff on the chicken? is this before or after baking?! why is it disgusting? no taste?

oh the yellow stuff is cheddar, and what you see is after baking . the rice is... a little... sticky haha. i used sushi rice

i think the problem is in the rice?

oh yah mebbe... coz baked rice supposed to be a lil dry and chewy huh?

it's disgusting because it feels like eating goo, and i have 3 more servings to finish
