i have such an unpopular opinion about healthcare and feel that there should be a policy in place to bill foreign countries if their
residents receive emergency healthcare here in the US.
I am also anti giving aid to other countries when we have our own working poor here for need help. some confuse my opinion with racism

yeah there needs to be a better plan. hate how screwed up healthcare is for people working their butts off but can't afford coverage.
