tldr, he might actually be the strongest non-god entity alive, he formed a crew of the Most Badass People In The Skies to help keep the peace, each of the ten of them is a living one-man army, and on the rare occasion he decides to get serious he 1v9ed the entire rest of them

and also, literally nobody respects him, he's the butt of every joke, you learn that while his cofounder believed in that "keep the peace of the skies" thing, Siete just really wanted people who would hang out with him

genuinely I think you could play a GREAT Miku

and the moment your protag character joins their ranks they all decide "does this mean we should kick Seofon out"

that combination of "really badass" plus "butt of everyone's jokes" is very entertaining
