Also, per Devon: Angel's over in kitchen staff and moved there a while back, it's... just paperwork that got messed up that he's still listed under custodial. I think Gortash also moved to another area and the same issued cropped up so I thiiiink it's only Striker.
I've been assuming that there's a few inmates who are doing both custodial and a different job, tbh, but that might need mod clarification

Nah Gortash’s name just never got moved off custodial when he swapped. I used to keep a separate list when Zack was on custodial for that reason. List errors happen
