I'm in a better place now than I was at the start of last year, but there were some serious downs to go with the ups.

I want to keep trying to keep up good habits, and making better choices. and to start up my garden again.

but I also want to work on, like my therapist has advised, giving myself grace when I fail. my brain chemistry is what it is, and self-loathing isn't going to change that.
