SolarFoxglove: LOL. Well some seafood does taste a bit yuck if not cooked the right way. Cooking truly is an art and a skill. If you can't cook, people can tell. Some will actually get mad. lol
VictoriaLenoirre: I was doing ok with snowcrab then got sick. Husband used to eat mussels as a kid. Not anymore. But he will only eat shrimp if it’s cocktail and not cooked. Yet he eats sushi lol
I apparently have the genetics for cooking and doing so in large quantities as I'm frequently organizing those types of meals. One grandma was first generation Italian American, and the other was Scot-Irish (more Irish). One of my goals is to do more batch cooking and making homemade frozen single serve meals kids can pop in the microwave
