SKDFJHS you'll probably be fine!! aquarion seasons take place thousands of years apart from each other, there's just a reincarnation aspect

but if they drop hints or easter eggs i will point them out...

OH GOOD... It would also be a good reason to go back and watch the other ones when I get some time

AND OH YEAH... Fate/Strange Fake is something I gotta look into too

That one Fate adaption that I was like "this is gonna be batshit to animate if they ever do it" and man, oh, man... They delivered on that front

they're fun!! i admit that it's not exactly a masterpiece anime but i'm very fond of them... the first season drags a bit, the second one (evol) is really good

logos was so bad i didn't finish it though so you probably don't have to bother with it JKDFGJ

the soundtrack for genesis and evol is by yoko kanno and it's amazing so you will be having an excellent auditory experience regardless

I think Evol was the one I heard a lot of people screaming about back in the day, so I feel like I missed out

BUT GOOD TO KNOW!! Yoko Kanno can make anything sound amazing

also I believe Kawamori has worked on this I'm a big fan of Macross, so I'm expecting some of that nonsense energy (songs, love triangles, mechas) in this too

yes, aquarion is kawamori's baby

he's been the lead on all of them afaik...

ALSO YEAH evol was the most popular one it was big while it was airing

what the heck I was sure you had watched aquarion

but for me it's Solo Leveling S2, Red Ranger Isekai, Ubel Blatt and Aquarion as my locks

I saw fate on another site but not that one so if it's next season yeah that too

also my personal recommendation to watch from this season is go watch Puniru is a Kawaii Slime

one of the best comedy anime I've seen in a long time that caught me completely by surprise

Hanako-jun and Apothecary Diaries FOR SURE, may try Medalist if Disney+ doesn't make streaming it a nightmare
