Drum and Ouiser’s rivalry is the best

Truvy and Spud’s relationship is so well written even though it’s such a small part of the story as a whole
Spud as a character, actually, is fantastic

Shelby and M’Lynn’s relationship is fabulous too
The scene where they argue and M’Lynn just won’t say anything and Shelby’s just trying to get a reaction
