Mom's also renamed him to Zebo (Zee-bow)
Bright side: he seems to be finally learning to stop being a dingus to Blu when prompted.
He also makes an excellent sleeping buddy.
Right now, he's at least tired enough to want to nap, from the looks of it.
Dude needs to be walked minimum twice a day...
seeing how wild some puppies are i'm so glad kiwi was chill
He's absolutely a husky, so like....
Mom: I want a low energy dog.
Mom: /gets a husky
Also mom: he's not a husky.
Good points: He seems incredibly smart
super friendly
cuddle bug!!!!
Bad points: hopefully he doesn't use his smarts for evil
howling when anxious for any reason (trainable, I hope.)
food aggressive over ANY animal's food. (I will train him for sure because that's unacceptable.)
If i touch him when he's staring at another pet's food, he snaps at me.
while not a straight up husky, he looks like a collie or sheepdog of some kind, too! 100% not low energy but how can you not love a cuddlebug like that
He's just a lot, and I'm a low-energy person.
!! He responded just now when I called him back from bugging Blu <3
Trying to also teach him hand signals along with verbal commands.
(ex: pointing at the floor is "down", flat hand facing forward is "stay", and with much of the other pets, single-hand clapping is "come here.")
I don't think we ever used a hand gesture for sit....
He still needs to be taught not to jump on people (or Blu), and not to chase the cats.
I'm definitely hoping I can teach him to be calm and still, because the cats have shown some interest in him before, and then he dashes that by lunging.
cutie
I feel like I haven't been able to sleep for longer than 30 minutes at a time. He keeps making noise while finding shit to chew that he shouldn't
Moved downstairs where he has more stuff to chew but I'm not as comfy
I fell asleep around 5am (overtired) and woke up around 5:45 and then again about 20 minutes ago
