And it's ironic because I would usually say I like it best when they treat it like the ghost story it was intended to be. I stand by that. it's just how special that movie is.

the 1951 Alistaemr Sim has a lovely spooky tone that I particularly like

Jacob Marley is legit so creepy in that version

because Muppets automatically make anything more awesome

Muppet treasure is also a delight and needs more love than it gets

I have seen very few adaptations of a Christmas Carol that I dislike. All of them have at least 1 thing I love
