As the daughter and granddaughter of teachers, this offends me deeply.

One of my sisters taught kindergarten, and loved doing arts and crafts with her students. Crap like this contributed to her leaving the profession.

She now teaches yoga to kids at our other sister's yoga studio.

My wife was teaching english and tutoring before she retired as it was getting nuts with the push for tests, tests, tests and now this. I know she is glad to be out of that mess.
