your anxiety is valid, but if it's not furthering your objectives, you should probably put some work into getting comfortable with better strats
Or the way I look at it; There's not anything I can do about it, so worry about the things that I can do something about.

yeah admittedly ive had trouble with some anxiety related advice for this exact reason lol
like a lot of advice is like "No one is going to criticize you the way your anxiety thinks it will" and i'm like no im pretty sure i have anxiety because of family members who will absolutely do that
