gf went in for surgery today to remove, as far as my dumb of ass can understand lol, about 20lbs of necrotic fat from her stomach

she's doing well but staying overnight, thanks to her surgical team (minus Dr Douchefuck Plastic Surgeon) fighting to keep her there after a few hiccups with her asthma and pain management

esp since her post-op appt was for tomorrow
