Two days ago, I bit my tongue so hard it bled. And what did I do just now? Yup, I bit my tongue again. I am so friggin mad. I snapped at my husband. I was chewing gum both times. Why does this happen?? Ugh!!!

I almost never bite my tongue, but more often than comfortable I bite my cheeks
