the Imperial one is Gaunt if he wasn't so honorable and he turned into more of a Blenner type, with more alcoholism

the other one is Sharpe. Came up from the ranks, disliked by most other officers, wants his men to shoot three rounds a minute. he's just in a fantasy world instead of the Napoleonic wars
