[Work] We had a former United COO on our first flight today! One who’s also good friends with our CEO. Apparently I impressed him enough that he texted our CEO and now I have emailed kudos from him and our COO as well. XD
We got an emailed heads up before the flight, and we were told, “Turn on the charm!” After I got both of my emailed kudos, I replied to the first guy, “Charm applied!”
