Since 1886, there have been more than 80 months at least a trace of snow has been reported. Two inches St. Augustine and Crescent City. Four inches at Milton Experimental Station; this total holds as 24-hour state snowfall record.

Florida's recent cold front isn't enough to see snow
In the Panhandle area there are snow flurries somewhat frequently. The most recent time happened on Jan. 16, when snow flurries were captured on camera in Jay, an area about an hour north of Pensacola.
Jan. 16, 2022 some light flurries were spotted across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
The 1993 Storm of the Century did a lot of weird things in a lot of weird places. In Florida, it caused up to 4 inches of snow to accumulate in the Florida Panhandle in March.
