OMG OKAY SO

basically gameplay starts with kafka entering the herta space station using the confusion and panic of the antimatter legion attacking the space station to get in easily

she and silverwolf look around for the Stellaron that herta keeps which is also dubbed as the Cancer of All Worlds

btw kafka and SW are part of a faction call the stellaron hunters

anywYs instead of destroying the stellaron, they put it inside of THE MAIN CHARACTER!!! later u find out that the mc was part of the hunters but anyways

at this point in the game you pick ghe female mc stelle (who is literally me) or the male mc (ew) caelus

so you get the stellaron put inside you and you basically have 0 memories and have ni idea whats happening

kafka and SW leave u unconsious and leave, and two people find you

these people are dan heng (bf its basically canon(i wish) and march 7th and they are part of The Astral Express Crew who were just visiting the space station

the astral express is a train that travels throughtout the galaxy for no real reason but they help planets sometimed

okay so you fight the antimater legion with dan heng and march blah blah

after you defeat The First Big Boss which is tue leader of the antimatter legion you are give a choice

either stay on herta spaxe station and get studied bc yknow you havr a stellaron inside you whixh is wack OR

join the astral express

hint theres a right answer

if you pick stay at the space station apparently theres a small cutscene and then the game takes you back to the choice bit

SO you join the astral express and the main story is you going from planet to planet and helping them etcetc

technically there ARE no bad guys. theres no One Big Bad other than maybe nous the aeon(god) of destruction

the mc was Created by the stellaron hunters with the sole purpose of defeating Nous thats why we have a stellaron inside us however WHY the stellaron hunters want to kill a literal god is not clear

yes in each planet there is a Big Bad but the main villian isnt exactly clear and why and how is a very strange question to answer
