Thrawn is fun because he comes from like. Four different series. I'd love anyone from Legends or Canon honestly

But if I had to give a list I'd say: Eli Vanto, Gilad Pellaeon, Anakin/Vader, Ar'Alani (no one plays her and they SHOULD she's amazing), Thrass, literally any Chiss but I think Ar'Alani and Thrass have some of the best character development behind them

But I also get why it would be annoying to be all "yeah we're reining in this idiot" 100% of your day. That's why I like Ar'Alani, she's like Thrawn but she actually knows how to be sociable. And she does sculptures! AND she doesn't take Thrawn's shit!

Rebels canon I'd love Ezra or Hera because god the amount of pissiness inherent in that relationship. Maybe even Kallus because he too gets a great redemption arc and is a really interesting guy
