so i ordered a new one (it's a christmas present for my mom) and then fetch said "we're looking into it again" so now i may have two cuz the second one has shipped and i can't cancel
like i did point out with the customer service person that the notif i got about the return said i had to send back the item and they were like "yeah ignore that it's fine"
i checked with amazon customer service again and they said that i need to e-mail them with proof that it wasn't delivered...? so idk. i sent them the tracking and then a screenshot of an e-mail saying the delivery service doesn't have it
